 
Delivery Information
All orders completed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Any orders received after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day but we will try our best to dispatch same day wherever possible. Our working week is Monday to Friday excluding all UK Bank holidays. Â
Nappy Cakes free delivery
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders to most UK addresses including Jersey and the channel Islands. Delivery takes approximately 2  – 5 working days and is fully tracked.
Expedited delivery is available for just £6.99 and takes 1-2 working days* and is also fully tracked.
FREE Collection. If you are local you can arrange to collect your order from us. We are in Waltham Abbey in Essex. Please contact us with your order number or reply to your order confirmation email to arrange a time to collect from us.
Next Day Delivery is available for £11.00 per parcel . This is also a fully tracked service and a signature is required.
All orders received after the order cut off time or during closed days will be dispatched on the next working day in accordance with the above.

Not going to be in? Use the Order notes box on the checkout page and specify a safeplace where your parcel can be left either on your property or with a neighbour.
*Expedited and next day deliveries exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Your order and payment should be completed  by 1pm.  All deliveries are tracked and require a signature (unless you have specified a safe place) so please make sure you use an address where someone is available to accept your parcel.  Please note that some addresses in Scotland and the Highlands can take a minimum of two working days.
